Privacy Policy
Draft for review. This is a plain-language draft prepared for design review — it is not legal advice and is not yet in effect. Final policies will be reviewed before launch. Status: Not yet in effect.
The Village Spot ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This draft policy explains what information we plan to collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It will be finalized and reviewed before the platform launches.

- Business submission details: a submitter's name and email are collected for verification and kept private. They are never displayed publicly.

How we use information
- To operate and improve the directory and community resources.
- To review and moderate submissions and user content.
- To respond to your messages and requests.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't place personal or sensitive data in web addresses.
- We don't expose private submission details (like a submitter's contact information) to the public.
